Safety

Vehicles travelling in park must travel at walking pace

All guest on bikes must wear a helmet

Children 8 years or under must be accompanied by an adult to shower or toilet

An adult must accompany children under 12 years at all times at the swimming pool

Visitors

Visitors cars must not enter park.  Visitor car park located near reception

Visitors must be by 10pm, unless prior arrangement made

Pets

Pets are welcome on sites only, and are not permitted to enter any park buildings including cabins, camp kitchen amenities or swimming pool

The registered guest is fully responsible for their pet/s and must clean up after them

Pets must be kept restrained at all times and not left unattended

Please don’t allow your pet to make unnecessary noise

Behavior

Please ensure there is no loud noise after 10.00pm

Drunkenness, offensive behavior or noisy behavior will not be tolerated

Management reserves the right to terminate any occupancy permit at any time

General

Please ensure sites and cabins are left the way you found them, clean and free of rubbish

All rubbish must be wrapped or in bags and placed n the bins provided

Fires are not permitted within the park

The Murray River can be dangerous, do not dive from riverbank

Canvas, plastic tarps or carpet flooring or mats cannot be used as annex floor on grass

If you experience anything that detracts from your enjoyment, please contact management immediately and we will do whatever is possible to rectify the problem

Changes & cancellations

A deposit equivalent to the first night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking.

Online bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Full payments on site bookings are due on arrival during off peak periods.

A cancellation fee of $30 will be applied to all cancellations. In the event of a cancellation during off peak periods, refunds will only be given if notice is given at least 7 days before arrival.

During mid & peak periods, which include long weekends and school holidays, full payment is required by the set date on your confirmation for sites and cabins. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs less than 7 days before arrival, you do not qualify for a refund.

Reservations cancelled, amended or altered at the commencement or during your stay, do not qualify for a refund.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. All credit cards will incur a 1.25% transaction fee.

We do not accept Schoolies bookings, Hen/Buck parties or breakup parties.

Deposits & payments

All other bookings, if arriving after hours, full payment is required 48 hours prior to arrival.

What you need to know

Australian Standards state that children under nine years old should not sleep in top bunks. Please take this into consideration when making your booking.
