Australian Inland Botanic Gardens

The first semi-arid botanic garden in the Southern hemisphere, the Australian Inland Botanic Gardens was born from strong community spirit and features stunning native and exotic flora.

Enjoy an educational Tractor Train Tour held on every Saturday at 11:00am (or by appointment) or check out the range of venue hire options available that would make the perfect backdrop for weddings, conferences or private parties.

When you feel peckish, make sure to stop in at the Garnpang Homestead, a heritage building that homes a volunteer run gift and coffee shop. Enjoy a selection of snacks, desserts, coffee and ice cream and browse the beautiful paintings and local handicraft gifts available.

The kids will also love the Children’s Garden that has a cubby house, sand pit and musical instruments.
